Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Maestrix AI LLC ("Maestrix", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, United States, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, web application, MCP integrations (including Claude Cowork), publicly shared pages, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service").

For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at hello@maestrix.ai.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all individuals and organizations who interact with the Service, whether as visitors, registered users, paying customers, invited collaborators, recipients of shared content, or developers connecting via our MCP server or API.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, password (hashed), company name, role, profile photo, and preferences.
  • Billing information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Content you submit — briefs, prompts, files, URLs, brand assets, brand voice, marketing brain entries, chat messages with Mark, generated outputs, and any other input you choose to provide.
  • Third-party connection data — when you connect Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Slack, an MCP client (such as Claude Cowork), or any other integration, we receive metadata, tokens, and the data you authorize us to access.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referrer URLs, and approximate location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 11.
  • Communications — support requests, feedback, and any messages you send us.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Generate AI outputs you request and route prompts to AI providers;
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, credits, and refunds;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • Send service announcements, billing notices, and (with your consent where required) marketing communications;
  • Conduct analytics, research, and product development;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. AI Processing Disclosure

Outputs generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unintentionally similar to third-party works. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing AI outputs before publishing, sending, or otherwise relying on them.

We may store your prompts, inputs, and outputs to operate your account, maintain history, and improve reliability. We do not use your private content to train foundation AI models, and we contractually require our AI sub-processors to do the same with respect to your data.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only with categories of recipients necessary to operate the Service, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure and database providers;
  • AI model and inference providers;
  • Payment processors;
  • Email, messaging, and customer support providers;
  • Analytics and product-monitoring providers;
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors, accountants);
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell your personal data. An up-to-date list of our sub-processors is available on request at hello@maestrix.ai.

7. International Data Transfers

Maestrix is based in the United States and your data may be processed in the US or in any country where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country not deemed adequate, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical and organizational measures.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR / RGPD (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

  • Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and a copy of it;
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion in certain circumstances;
  • Restriction — limit how we process your data;
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling;
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • Object to automated decision-making — including profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
  • Lodge a complaint — with your local supervisory authority (for example, the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK, the AEPD in Spain).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@maestrix.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

9. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK)

We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have signed up for;
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Service, prevent fraud, and grow our business, balanced against your rights;
  • Consent — for optional cookies, marketing, and certain integrations;
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other applicable laws.

10. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle. Financial and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

11. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies (required for the Service to function), functional cookies (to remember preferences), and analytics cookies (to understand usage). You can manage cookies through your browser settings or, where available, our cookie banner. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-app banner). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
